Gretta Goldenman founded Milieu Ltd in 1994, as a vehicle for providing high quality consulting services to public sector institutions in Europe and internationally.

Claire Dupont is a French national and has a Master’s Degree and Higher Diploma in Law, with specialisation in European legislation and policy. Working for 25 years as an environmental legal consultant for both private and public sector clients, Claire has gained an in-depth knowledge and practical understanding of environmental policy and legislation development, implementation and implications.

Jennifer McGuinn is an experienced policy analyst, team leader and project manager. She joined Milieu in 2010 and is responsible for strategic management and leadership of Milieu’s policy analysis work.

Rachel Dempsey is Milieu’s Director of Human Resources and also coordinates and is responsible for all our proofreading and editing.

Julie Degossely is a Belgian national who joined Milieu as Financial Manager in 2021. She has more than 20 years of professional experience as a Administrative and Financial Manager gained within several SME in Belgium.

David Landais has joined Milieu in 2015 and is currently leading the Business Development, having previously worked as a Project & Bid Manager for technical assistance projects between 2008 and 2014 for “Suez Environnement” (former Safege). He holds an Engineering Degree in Water Sciences from Polytech’Montpellier (FR) and a MSc in Water Management from Cranfield University (UK).

Florent Pelsy is a senior manager at Milieu. He holds two degrees in law from the Maîtrise – Paris I- Panthéon-Sorbonne, France and in Spain from the Licenciatura– Universidad Complutense Madrid. He also holds an LLM in Environmental Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London.

Katalin Adamis-Császár is a Hungarian national, working as an Associate Senior Manager at Milieu since July 2010. She holds a Master’s degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Debrecen and a Master’s degree in Central and Eastern European studies from the University of Reims. In 2008-2009, she undertook studies on International Relations and Diplomacy, at the College of Europe’s Bruges campus.

As Associate Senior Manager for Milieu, Marta’s key responsibilities include supporting public sector clients to develop more effective policies and legal and regulatory frameworks in different areas of EU law including: environmental protection, climate change, sustainable development, fundamental rights, citizens’ rights, and the development of civil society and related fields.

Nathy Rass-Masson is a French lawyer graduated from the University of Rennes I, France. She also studied at Åbo Akademi University in Finland. Nathy joined Milieu in April 2006 as a trainee, and then as legal advisor from October 2006 after having completed a Masters in European Law and Politics coordinated by the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Economics, and the Institute of Political Sciences (IEP) of Rennes.
