Anna Repele is an Italian national who joined Milieu as a Policy Advisor in January 2026. She holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration and an MSc in Economics and Management for Government and International Organisations from Bocconi University.

Antonia Penno is a German national who joined Milieu in November 2025 as a Policy Analyst. With her M.Sc. in Economics from Maastricht University, specialised in Market regulation and design,

Carolina Agostini is an Italian national, working as a trainee at Milieu since October 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics: Philosophy and Economics from LUISS University, as well as a Joint Master’s degree in EU Trade and Climate Diplomacy from LUISS University and the CIFE Institute.
She specialises in international and EU marine law and policy, marine renewable energy and deep-sea mining, as well as the interactions between trade and sustainability.

Caroline Beaujet is a French national, working as an Advisor at Milieu since February 2024. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Security from Sciences Po Paris (FR) and an MSc in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester (UK). She has experience in both public policy analysis and business management.

Catherine Muller is a Belgian national who joined Milieu in 2022 in order to reinforce the organization of our growing community.
She holds a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Maastricht and has combined over 9 years of experience in Marketing, Operational and People Management roles in various international and local sectors.

Chara is a Greek national who joined Milieu in July 2025 as a Legal Researcher. She is a qualified lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds an LLM in European law from the College of Europe (Bruges campus) and a Bachelor of Laws from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has also performed a semester of Erasmus+ studies at the University of Nanterre in France.

Charlie is an American and Portuguese national, who joined Milieu as a Senior Advisor in February 2024. She holds an MA in Economics from American University and a BS in Economics from the College of Charleston. Carly brings 15 years of quantitative analysis and impact assessment experience in a variety of areas, including labour supply and demand, climate mitigation, microfinance, agricultural practices and productivity, and banking. Her expertise includes extensive experience in statistical analysis (in STATA), questionnaire design, data collection, and desk research.
Prior to joining Milieu, Carly designed and implemented impact evaluations on land restoration programmes for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. For the World Bank she applied the Jobs Diagnostic tool to conduct gap analysis of the demand and the supply of the labour market. At the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development managed the implementation of the flagship socio-economic surveys and oversaw the design and completion of impact evaluations.

Chloé Fages is a French national who joined Milieu as a Project assistant to the ClimaEast project in January 2015 and now works as a Business Development Coordinator.

Daria Dodescu is a Romanian national working as a legal researcher at Milieu since May 2025. She has a strong academic and professional background in European Union law and policy.

Diana Nacea joined Milieu as a Legal Advisor in June 2025. Romanian-born, she earned her law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, where she was awarded scholarships for academic excellence and qualified as a Spanish lawyer.
