The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) has just published a study conducted by Milieu on the Local and Regional Dimension in the New Circular Economy Action Plan (NCEAP). This report supported the preparation of the CoR’s opinion on the NCEAP, exploring the potential contribution from Local and Regional Authorities for strengthening the EU’s Circular Economy. Milieu’s report highlights examples of approaches that Local and Regional Authorities have taken for the Circular Economy and it presents recommendations on how to strengthen their role.
