If your organisation submitted a registration as part of the 2018 REACH registration deadline – or if you supported one that did –  we need your help!

As part of the REACH registration requirements in 2018, manufacturers and importers of chemical substances in the EU were required to submit information to ECHA on the properties and uses of all substances above 1 tonne per year.

Consultants from Wood, with partners from Milieu Consulting SPRL and Peter Fisk Associates, have been contracted by the European Commission (DG GROW) to carry out a study to better understand the impacts on businesses of the 2018 REACH registration requirements.

A critical part of the study is collecting evidence from businesses and other stakeholders, such as Trade Associations and Consultants about the costs, benefits and challenges.

This is an opportunity to provide your input directly to the European Commission, ensuring your experiences and feedback are considered.

We ask that you complete a questionnaire, available via the link below. This is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Polish.

In case of queries, please contact Wood by phone (+44 (0)7976 614385) or by e-mail (kastalie.bougas@woodplc.com, cc chemical-innovation@woodplc.com). Feel free to circulate the survey link to other stakeholders (e.g. co-workers, experts, company members, etc.) you feel could be relevant to this assessment. Further information is available in the introduction, accessible via the link.

Thank you very much in advance. We look forward to your feedback.
