Winona Vrancken is a Belgian national who joined Milieu in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Arts and Culture from the University of Maastricht. She is currently following another Bachelor of Interior Design with the evening classes offered by the art school of Saint-Luc in Brussels.

Prior to her work at Milieu, she worked on several movie sets as an Administrative Assistant and Set Designer Assistant. She gained expertise in events organization in Maastricht and then in Brussels through the Love Foundation, an open network of artists and activists. Its projects range from music events, arts exhibitions, and sports tournaments to selling fair trade clothing and fashion shows, in order to fundraise money for water development projects in Kenya with their partners Viva con Agua and Simavi. Currently active Love Hubs are in Maastricht, Amsterdam, Perth, Dresden, Berlin, Milan, Helsinki, Tel Aviv, and Brussels which Winona co-founded in 2018. She is in charge of the booking, the artist care, the decoration, and managing the volunteers’ team.
