Per Lundberg is a Swedish national who has been working for Milieu since June 2022.

He holds a Master’s degree in European Politics and Policies from KU Leuven and a Master’s degree in Environment and Resource Management from VU Amsterdam.

Prior to joining Milieu, he worked for the European Federation of Intelligent Energy Efficiency Services on policy and communications, mainly regarding energy-related acts under the Fit for 55 Package. Before that, he worked under a member of the European Parliament, focusing on the Committee on Environment, Public Health, and Food Safety, following a Blue Book traineeship at the European Environment Agency’s Brussels liaison office.

Per is particularly interested and experienced in comparative public policy and European energy, climate, and environmental politics and governance.
