Per Lundberg is a Swedish national who has been working for Milieu since June 2022.

He holds an MSc in European Politics and Policies from KU Leuven and an MSc in Environment and Resource Management from VU Amsterdam.

He has experience in research design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative approaches and data collection methods such as interviews, surveys, focus groups, content analysis.

At Milieu, he has worked on projects mainly related to European biodiversity, forestry, waste management and environmental assessment policy and governance, with DG ENV as the main client. Prior to Milieu, he worked for a trade association representing the interests of energy efficiency service companies across Europe. Before that, he worked for a Member of the European Parliament, focusing on the work of the ENVI Committee, and completed a Blue Book traineeship at the European Environment Agency, covering biodiversity policy.
