Kayonzo Pommerenke is a German professional, who joined Milieu as a Trainee in April 2025 to strengthen the Business Development Team in coordinating the entire EU tendering process from opportunity identification to proposal submission.

He holds a dual Master’s degree in MSc Business, Language and Culture/ MA International Management Studies- Business Administration, attained from a German- Danish cross-border cooperation between the University of Southern Denmark and the European University of Flensburg. In the meantime, Kayonzo worked as a research assistant in the Department for Work & Organisational Psychology and studied a semester at Tampere University in Finland via Erasmus+.

Prior to joining Milieu, Kayonzo carried out a Traineeship in DG HR of the European Commission, where he supported the coordination and administration of a cross-DG operating entity. He brings experience from collaborating on commission-wide change projects, as well as working with high-level clients in the context of internal EU consultancy.

Kayonzo speaks German and English, while possessing working proficiency in Spanish and a good understanding of French.
