Flore Gustave is a French national who joined Milieu in April 2022.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Rennes I, an LLM in International Law from Cardiff University and an MA in European Studies from the College of Europe. Ms Gustave has a particular interest in issues related to Justice and Home Affairs. In particular, she acquired expertise on the topic of judicial cooperation while writing her first Master’s Thesis on the European Investigation Order.

After an internship in a Brussels-based NGO focusing on food safety and consumer protection, she joined the Secretariat General of the European Commission as a trainee in the Directorate dealing with EU-UK relations. There, she focused on issues related to law enforcement and judicial cooperation, by carrying out both legal and political tasks. She is also particularly attentive to gender equality and discrimination issues, especially concerning ethnic minorities.

Flore Gustave is fluent in French and English and a basic user of German.
