Daria Dodescu is a Romanian national working as a legal researcher at Milieu since May 2025. She has a strong academic and professional background in European Union law and policy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and an LL.M. in European Union Law from the University of Amsterdam. Before joining Milieu, she gained valuable experience at the European Commission, where she contributed to legal research and policy development in the areas of labour mobility and social affairs, with a particular focus on the free movement of workers. She also worked as a trainee legal consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, where she was involved in research and analysis of EU law across multiple sectors. In addition, her background includes work in the field of intellectual property law. Daria’s mother tongue is Romanian, and she is fluent in English.
