Chara is a Greek national who joined Milieu in July 2025 as a Legal Researcher. She is a qualified lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds an LLM in European law from the College of Europe (Bruges campus) and a Bachelor of Laws from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has also performed a semester of Erasmus+ studies at the University of Nanterre in France.

Prior to joining Milieu, Chara worked as a trainee at the Legal Service of the Council of the EU, where she contributed to legal research and analysis and followed Working Party meetings in the areas of social policy, public health and agriculture, gaining firsthand insight into the EU law-making process. Previously, she worked as a trainee lawyer at a law firm in Athens assisting in the representation of clients in civil law, including consumer law, matters.

Chara is fluent in English and French, in addition to her native Greek.
