Anna Repele is an Italian national who joined Milieu as a Policy Advisor in January 2026. She holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration and an MSc in Economics and Management for Government and International Organisations from Bocconi University. She has four years of experience managing and delivering complex, multi-country and multi-mode research projects for European institutions, with strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, data quality assurance and analysis, survey design and implementation, and report writing. Her work has mainly focused on employment, social inclusion and mobility. Prior to joining Milieu, Ms Repele worked for a Brussels-based company where, among other responsibilities, she single-handedly led several multi-country Eurobarometer studies for different DGs of the European Commission. She also served as lead project manager for SAFE, a multi-country, multi-mode study for the European Central Bank and the European Commission, where she was responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing the full project lifecycle, data quality assurance and reporting. In addition, she contributed to a high-profile European Parliament project to produce accurate seat projections for the upcoming European elections and participated in multi-country qualitative studies for the European Parliament, World Bank and European Commission. Earlier in her career, she worked in social research and evaluation in Italy, focusing on social and healthcare projects in developing countries. In addition to her native Italian, she is fluent in English and has a good command of Spanish.
