At the end of 2025, Milieu, in collaboration with Bournemouth University’s Centre for Intellectual Property Policy and Management (CIPPM), submitted 129 key national enforcement judgments on intellectual property (IP) rights from 12 EU Member States to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
These judgments were identified and summarised by Milieu’s expert team and have been integrated into the EUIPO eSearch Case Law database. By improving access to national case law, the project supports stronger and more consistent IP enforcement frameworks across Europe.
This work forms part of a four-year project running from 2025 to 2028. Over the course of the contract, Milieu and CIPPM will deliver a total of 344 key enforcement judgments to EUIPO, further expanding and strengthening the eSearch Case Law database.
