New FRA project on access to justice for posted third-country workers

Milieu is proud to announce a new project awarded by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) focusing on access to justice for posted third-country workers in the European Union.

Continuing its work on this topic, Milieu will examine how posted third-country nationals experience access to justice in EU Member States, with a particular focus on available remedies and their accessibility in practice. The project responds to the increased challenges faced by these workers and to existing knowledge gaps in this area.

The research will include interviews with posted workers as well as with representatives of national authorities, trade unions and civil society organisations in a selection of representative sending and receiving Member States. Milieu is pleased to collaborate once again with the European Centre for Social Welfare Policy and Research to support FRA’s work on strengthening access to justice in practice.
