Milieu is excited to announce a new project with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), in collaboration with Bournemouth University’s Centre for Intellectual Property Policy & Management (CIPPM).

Building on the success of our previous assignment (2020–2024), this project focuses on improving the accessibility of key enforcement judgments on intellectual property (IP) rights across the EU.

Our team will identify and summarise critical national judgments on IP rights enforcement from 12 Member States: Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, Estonia, Croatia, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, and Romania. These summaries will be integrated into the EUIPO’s eSearch Case Law database under the National Court Judgments section, expanding this comprehensive resource.

By improving transparency and accessibility, the project aims to strengthen IP enforcement frameworks across Europe. A special thanks to our expert team and peer reviewers for their dedication to making this project a reality.
