Study on the disclosure and cross-border use of company data, and digital developments related to company law

Milieu is happy to announce that the European Commission (DG JUST) has published our “Study on the disclosure and cross-border use of company data, and digital developments related to company law”.

It provides a legislative mapping of relevant national legislation, an overview of the results of stakeholder surveys conducted in the context of the study, and an evaluation of the impact of potential EU-level measures. This study was prepared by Milieu to support the recent EC impact assessment “Proposal for a Directive on the further development and improvement of the use of digital tools and processes in company law”.
