Zuzanna is a Polish national who joined Milieu in April 2019. Prior to that, she completed a Blue Book Traineeship at the European Defence Agency where she provided administrative support to the Corporate Programme and Project Management Officer. She possesses a broad and diverse range of professional experience, mostly in the administrative and project management domains.

Prior to her work with Milieu, Zuzanna was an editor and co-founder of the largest Polish online platform related to the Balkans. In this role she was responsible for coordinating the work of over 40 members of the editorial team, building relations with cultural and academic institutions, platform promotion, website updates and technical support. Throughout her professional career, she has also performed tasks related to the implementation and evaluation of new software (in terms of user experience), the finding and reporting of incongruities, and the improvement and optimization processes of online tools. Additionally, she has also been involved in the organisation and logistics of various types of events: from guest lectures to delegations at the ministerial level.

She holds BA & MA in Slavic Studies from the University of Gdansk, and an MA in Human Rights from University of Sarajevo and University of Bologna (double degree). She also did a master programme in European Studies at Gdansk University of Technology.
