Valentina Cilli is an Italian national who joined Milieu in May 2019 as Senior Advisor for Evaluation and Impact Assessment. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from the Bocconi University, Milan, and a MSc in Public Economics from the University of York, UK.

She has over ten years of experience in policy analysis and evaluation, acquired working both in private sector and in academia. She has taken part in many strategic studies, evaluations and impact assessments in several policy fields, including ICT and Digital technologies, taxation, research and education, justice and home affairs, environment and communication. She worked on identifying and quantifying costs as well as economic and social benefits of EU policy interventions. Ms Cilli has in-depth experience in economic modelling (such as SMC, CBA, statistics and modelling) as well as leading and conducting qualitative and quantitative projects, focusing on questionnaire design, interview-based surveys, analysis and reporting. Ms Cilli is Italian native speaker, and she is also fluent in English and French.
