Sinja van den Bos is a Dutch national with a French and German background starting at Mileu as a Policy Trainee in May 2023. She holds a master’s degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Political Sciences and a Sociology & Demography research master’s from the Universitàt Pompeu Fabra. Ms van den Bos has previously completed a traineeship with the Social Affairs, Citizenship and Employment Unit of the European Economic and Social Committee as well as a research mission for the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Her main areas of expertise are in fundamental rights and in public health, with the completion of desktop analyses concerning the status of minority rights and of the rule of law in European Member States, and with experience in qualitative research bettering equity in access to public health services. Ms van den Bos speaks German, Dutch, French and English fluently.
