Loreleï Lemetayer is a French national, working as a Legal Trainee at Milieu since November 2022.

She holds a Master’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Toulouse Capitole. Her main areas of expertise include public health, fundamental rights, civil and criminal justice, international public law, which she has obtained through related courses during her Master’s degree.

Prior to joining Milieu, Loreleï Lemetayer was a Legal Trainee at the European Chemicals Agency (‘ECHA’), which gave her the possibility to use her expertise in the public health sector, and more particularly in chemicals. For example, she was in charge of doing research on various topics such as risk management linked to chemicals substances, as well as the evaluation procedure before the European Medicines Agency, but also of the drafting of legal notes, procedural documents sent to the European Court of Justice, and legal acts for ECHA’s Management Board and the European Commission.
