Inés Pina is a Spanish lawyer working as a Legal Researcher at Milieu since July 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an LLM in European Law from Maastricht University.

Her main areas of expertise include environmental and climate change law and, particularly, climate change litigation and climate governance. She is also interested in fundamental rights and criminal law. Prior to joining Milieu, Inés Pina was a trainee-lawyer for a year at the criminal litigation department of Baker McKenzie in Madrid. Before that, she was a Research Assistant at the Metro Institute for Transnational Legal Research at Maastricht University. Prior to that she carried out various internships including one in the international NGO Women´s Link Worldwide.
