Cristina Celaya Ferrer is a Spanish national who joined Milieu in March 2024 as a Legal Trainee. She holds a double bachelor’s degree in Spanish and French Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and the University of Strasbourg, specialising in European Law with a Master’s from the University of Strasbourg. Additionally, she obtained an LLM in Legal Practice from the Spanish National University of Distance Education – UNED and became a licensed lawyer in Spain after passing the Bar exam in December 2023.

Prior to joining Milieu, Cristina completed a 5-month internship in the European Parliament and worked in the regional office of Navarra to the EU, where she focused on policy developments in areas such as transport, energy, agrifood, and sustainable tourism.

Cristina is proficient in Spanish, English, and French, with a basic understanding of German.
