Part-time accounting / administration assistant.
Milieu Ltd. a small, friendly and growing legal consultancy is searching for a part-time accounting / administrative assistant to assist in organising our office. Approximately 20 to 25 hours per week – mornings preferred.
This busy and varied role will include accounting support, receptionist, organising meetings, providing administrative support, making travel arrangements and helping to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Requirements experience in processing accounts payable and basic bookkeeping skills. Strong computer skills especially Excel and Word, including the ability to format documents.
Fluency in English and French or Dutch. Self starter, responsible, hard working, team player.
