Dr. Marta Santos Silva holds a PhD in Comparative and European Private Law obtained in Germany and has 12 years of academic professional experience. Marta has lectured in universities and research centers all over Europe from legal disciplines ranging from comparative law, private legal terminology, labour law, property law and copyright law to international public and criminal Law. In research, she has been particularly active in writing on legal harmonisation of private law, fundamental rights, contracts and tort, tenancy and consumer law. She accumulated extensive experience in managing large networks of international researchers and co-edited publication volumes in the capacity of secretary-general of an international institute of legal research in Portugal. She has integrated an editorial board in Brazil and is an honorary Visiting Fellow at the Centre of European Law and Politics in Bremen.
Dr. Sean O’ Dubhghaill holds a Ph.D in Social and Cultural anthropology from the ‘Interculturalism, migration and minorities research centre’ at KU Leuven, Belgium. Over the past few years, he has actively contributed to over 20 academic publications (both co-written and independently) and has acted as an English-language consultant on between 80-90 projects ranging from tender submissions and proposals to complete manuscripts in the disciplines of law, economics, bio-sciences, electronic engineering, theology and many others. His specialty areas include English language communication, content- and copy-editing, and proofreading. He is also heavily involved in designing, implementing, and clearly transmitting subject-specific information.
